Reza Pahlevi grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application strictly in accordance with these terms.
The Application itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Reza Pahlevi. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, or any part of the app, in any way.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the Application.
